Twain is a Midwestern centric restaurant that celebrates our heritage and the tradition of passing down recipes in families. Opened only a few months ago in September, it's considered one of the hottest new restaurants in Chicago. The restaurant is influenced by the spiral bounded Women's Club Cookbooks from the 1940's. Tim Graham Executive Chef and Rebekah Graham who is the restaurant's Sommelier, are husband and wife, and the Co-owners of Twain. Tim grew up in Missouri and aptly named the place after the state's native son, Mark Twain. The place is opened six days a week, Tuesday through Sunday.
