Chicago Culinary Kitchen was started by husband and wife team, Greg and Kristina Gaardbo. They are an award winning, Texas BBQ restaurant located 30 miles northwest of Chicago. They are only open on the weekends from 11am until they sell the last piece if meat, which is usually around 2pm. They are true entrepreneurs having currently three businesses that they run simultaneously.
