Jerry Brunton is the Owner of Chicago's first Bareburger's restaurant. He has B.S. in Electrical & Electronics from the Univesity of Illinois, and an MBA from Benedictine University. He's changing careers in the middle of his journey. this is a great interview for anybody who is interested in doing the same. Bareburger believe's that love, service and organic & sustainable food should be served to their patrons, and it must be working, because they have over 40 of them, mostly in the state of New York.
