Community Currency is a startup located at Northwestern University's student incubator seeks to fund after-school programs for underprivileged youth by collecting leftover foreign currency from international travelers in airports. 92% of travelers return with foreign currency, only 13% reconvert them at exchanges, and the average amount held is around $35. The nonprofit will then donate collected funds to schools and students in need. Evan Taylor is the Founder & CEO.
