Bistro Campagne is a Chicago-based restaurant the tradition of a true countryside French bistro. Chef Adam Grandt took over the kitchen in late 2018. Todd Feinberg has been running the restaurant for the last seven years. They are both committed to the use of organic food and strongly support the sustainable low-impact agriculture movement.
