dough, Inc., which includes tastytrade, the fastest growing online financial network, and dough.com, a financial trading platform, announced today the addition of futures trading expert Pete Mulmat to its talent team. The new programming will air on tastytrade and cover strategies for trading futures.
Prior to joining tastytrade, Mulmat was the director of education at CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace. In this role, he was responsible for educating retail traders about CME Group products and helping create curriculum to support trader development.
"Pete's extensive experience in the trading industry and his ability to explain futures trading in a digestible, easily understood format makes him an excellent addition to our roster of talent," said Kristi Ross, co-CEO and president of dough, Inc. "Futures are one of the things our viewers are most curious about, and learning how futures can enhance their trading. We're excited to add this valuable future-specific programming to our eight hours of live, daily programming."
Prior to his role at CME Group, Mulmat was a founding principal and managing member of Aspire Trading LLC, a proprietary trading firm that funded and mentored professional traders and provided execution and education for retail customers. Additionally, Mulmat spent more than 30 years trading futures and options at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
"At tastytrade, our goal is to offer unique, informative content on a variety of topics, and more of our viewers were trading futures," saidTom Sosnoff, co-CEO and founder of dough, Inc. "When we explored new talent options, we knew Pete was a great choice for our futures programming. Pete's approach will both entertain and inform our viewers as they learn new strategies for trading futures."
The new programming comes on the heels of several new shows on tastytrade. Last month, tastytrade introduced "Step Up to Options," which features four chapters broken down into more than 20 investment topics for beginners, hosted by Hollywood actressRachel Fox.
