Tim Hockett is the chef and partner in M Burger, part of the Lettuce Entertain You group of restaurants. They offer a quick service menu including: Midwestern beef burgers, fries and ice cream selections, including cones, sundaes, shakes and floats. They currently have 6 restaurants and are growing.
